Expected Behavior:
Animated radar loop stays up to date when you leave the window open for a while.
Actual Behavior:
When I put a radar image on an animated one-hour loop (default time length when you hit the "play" button), and leave it open for a while, the radar image refreshes every 5 minutes to pick up new frames and keep it real-time (good) but the initial radar image that loaded when I first opened the radar before I hit the "play" button seems to get permanently cached, and remains in the loop forever, until I refresh the page. This has the appearance of the radar "regressing" back to that state at the end of each loop, no matter how many new frames have loaded because of how long I left it open. If I've left it open more than an hour, this means it's jumping back to a frame that should no longer be visible in the loop once each time through the loop. The errant frame is the one that it sticks on for the pause before it repeats the loop, also, which means during that pause (when it should be showing the absolute current radar) it's actually showing the radar as it was when I first loaded the page. This only seems to happen in Firefox (and it's been this way for as long as they've had this radar app, as far as I can remember), it works correctly in Safari.
