Description: Not possible to type newlines in the textarea
Steps to Reproduce:
If you try to type in the text area labelled "お問い合わせ内容" when you press Enter, no newline is added.
If you go to the DevTools and clear the white-space: normal declaration for the textarea, then it works.
This appears to be related to bug 1386100
