Steps to Reproduce:
Updated SSL and PHP on shared server. The website loads fine on all other web browsers but Firefox. The response from the service provider was:
"From the ticket details, I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the websites. Upon checking, I see that the website is loading fine in chrome however the Mozilla browser is giving an error. Upon checking, I see that the TLS version on the server is fine. You can verify it here:

SSLv3
TLSv1.2

I'm afraid, on shared server we are unable to enable OCSP, any changes to server configuration cannot be done on shared servers.

Since the issue is only with Mozilla browser, I request you to contact Mozilla and inform them about this issue, they will be able to help you with resolving this issue."
