Browser / Version: Firefox 106.0
Operating System: Windows 10
Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome
Problem type: Site is not usable
Description: Page not loading correctly
Steps to Reproduce:
This issue occurred 106.0b8 but it also happens on release. Windows 10, build 19044, with NVidia driver version 517.48. This issue began happening around a week ago, and only when logged into YouTube.
On a few select videos that seem to all have Japanese text, the browser will load the video and begin playing for a few seconds, though the rest of the YouTube UI appears to be loading, and the tab appears to be in a frozen state. After a few seconds, the media stops playing (audio and video), and Firefox displays the "This page is unresponsive" banner at the top of the page. If left open, the RAM usage will balloon to consume all available RAM, and occasionally lock up Firefox completely, though if this does happen it's before the RAM usage balloons.

A video from my main, non-fresh profile in which the issue is reliably fixed and unfixed by closing and opening the bookmarks toolbar (everything else was observed in a fresh profile): https://imgur.com/a/pyj5HTS
Profiler where Firefox became unresponsive, then the tab executable was ended from task manager: https://share.firefox.dev/3RN0g3u
Profiler where two problematic videos were opened in new tabs, memory usage ballooned, and were closed normally from Firefox's tab bar: https://share.firefox.dev/3CBHBTI
