Description: Buttons or links not working
Steps to Reproduce:
Disable all NoScript and uBlock Origin in FF, still button was greyed out and did not work when birthdate was filled in. Also had to manually enter slashes between date components. In Chrome on same Android device, the slashes automatically appeared as you types the date, and once entered, the button worked.
