Description: Large memory leak when playing any of the streams and strict tracking protection is enabled
Steps to Reproduce:
First of all: NSFW warning for the website. Sexual content.

1. Go to about:preferences#privacy and ensure that Enhanced Tracking Protection is set to Strict.
2. Go to chaturbate.com and click on any of the models currently online. Any model should work but the problem is easiest to see for high quality streams. 2160, 1440, or 1080@60 work great if you can find one. Plain 1080 works too but you need to wait longer.
3. Select the highest available quality with the tiny "HD" icon in the lower right corner of the video.
4. Open your favorite task manager and watch the memory usage of one of the Web Content processes climb. There's a clear correlation with the data rate of the stream, which is why higher quality is easier to see here.

The problem does NOT reproduce if Enhanced Tracking Protection set to Standard. Reproduces fine with an otherwise fresh profile.
