Description: The video or audio does not play
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit https://webglsamples.org/video/video.html to view a WebGL demo.
2. Click play button in the middle of the screen.

Results:
Chromium 111.0.5563.64 (expected behavior on Pop!_OS 22.04) - renders video and plays audio of the open movie Sintel as the video is mapped to the surfaces of the shapes floating around the screen.

Chrome Android 111.0.5563.58 (returns expected behavior) as outlined for Chromium above rendering the movie and playing the audio

Firefox Desktop 111.0 (on Pop!_OS 22.04) - nothing happens, no audio nor video and shapes continue to float with blue color. Visiting https://webglsamples.org/color-adjust/sample-video.mp4 the video is stated as being "corrupt".

Firefox Fenix 111.0 (Android) - plays audio for the video, but the video is not rendered on the floating shapes on screen.
