Steps to Reproduce
This is on Firefox OS

1. Navigate to: http://flickr.com
2. Click "login"
3. Enter login and password
4. You get shown a page asking you to enter a cell number. Since you don't want to do that, tap "Skip for now"

Expected Behavior:
Something happens

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.

NOTE: if your account has already the phone number the bug might not happen.
