URL: https://www.twitch.tv/

Browser / Version: Firefox 118.0
Operating System: Windows 10
Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Something else
Description: Freezes when watching broadcasts
Steps to Reproduce:
When watching a broadcast on Twitch in 720p or 1080p 60fps quality, it starts to freeze. When watching video in 480p quality, there are no freezes, maybe they are not so noticeable. As I think, this is a buffer overflow and the video cannot be played in normal quality. I tried disabling all extensions, putting the browser in safe mode, reinstalling the browser, as well as installing the beta and night version. Nothing helped.
