Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play
Description: The video or audio does not play
Steps to Reproduce:
When visiting the following twitch channels:

partingthebigboy (https://www.twitch.tv/partingthebigboy)
trigger_zc (https://www.twitch.tv/trigger_zc)
moltensc (https://www.twitch.tv/moltensc)

I get a decoding error which says "Your browser encountered an error while decoding the video. (Error #3000)"

In the console I get the following error:

Player stopping playback - error Decode:4 (ErrorInvalidData code 3 - NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_DECODE_ERR (0x806e0004) - void mozilla::AppleVTDecoder::OnDecodeError(OSStatus): OnDecodeError:ffffdcf7)

Oddly, it seems to work on other streams fine. For example giantgrantgames (https://www.twitch.tv/giantgrantgames). I have tested and do not see the same issues on Chrome on the same computer.
