Description: Clicking on bottom right edge of full screen video does not exit fullscreen (as far right and bottom as possible)
Steps to Reproduce:
Reopened because I wasn't clear enough the first time I opened. ( #13545)
After entering fullscreen when watching a video, moving the cursor to the bottom right of the screen and clicking does not exit fullscreen
Triager should move the mouse as far down and right as possible, not clicking on the fullscreen icon.
This works in Chrome.
