Steps to Reproduce:
if you look in developer tools and the screen shot provided, you will see that the script coming back from recaptcha is broken: https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/releases/WQcDpAcHn0sjM6ZiVkU8JwNH/recaptcha__en.js. if you go to the same site in chrome/edge/safari this does not break, you can use username: fake and password: fake. you will see in firefox nothing happens when you push the login button, but in chrome/edge/safari, you will get a login error
