Description: The items don't keep their position when zooming in
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://m.suara.com/
2. Zoom the screen to the maximum.

Expected Behavior:
The page is zoomed in, and the items (User, Search, Menu, Ads and Return tot top) keep their position.

Actual Behavior:
The page is zoomed in, but the items (User, Search, Menu, Ads and Return tot top) don't keep their position.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Firefox 57.0 Release (Mobile).
2. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 62.0.3202.84.
