Description: Buttons or links not working
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load the page
2. On the top right corner, hover over the cogwheel to open a pop-up menu
3. Try to use any of the combo-boxes in the pop-up menu

Expectations: The pop-up menu does not magically close when using the combo-boxes, unless the mouse moves out of the menu, and out of the combo-box in focus.
What Firefox does: The pop-up menu closes when moving the mouse into the active combo-box, closing the combo-box together as well. This makes the page unusable if options in the menu have to be changed.
