Description: Video stutters (VP9 switches to AV1 at start but continues to stutter thereafter)
Steps to Reproduce:
The video always stutters for me compared to Chromium browsers. stats for nerds on youtube shows a switch at the beginning from VP9 to AV1 (after about 4 seconds)
VP9 is better than AV1 but still stutters.
