I first started seeing this in 132.0b6 or so and it remains in the current 133.0b5 . With the current version a process called "RDD Process" now keeps burning CPU but when I SIGKILL it it becomes a zombie process. It disappears fortunately when I kill the browser by sending a SIGINT to the main process. One of the 2 kill signals causes an extra terminal output line:
[GFX1-]: VideoBridgeParent receives IPC close with reason=AbnormalShutdown
I cannot reproduce this in a private window nor in a stock FF profile so this appears to be caused by an extension.
Still shouldn't hang the browser this way though, IMHO, which is why I'm filing the issue.
