Description: The video or audio does not play
Steps to Reproduce:
some users are now allowed to stream in 1440p using HEVC. In firefox, 1440p doesn't appear as an option to use, only lower transcoded resolutions.
For example, I am currently watching https://www.twitch.tv/quirkitized - works perfectly in 1440p in chrome-based browsers (currently using Brave) but doesn't even give you that option on Firefox, only 720p and below...
