Description: Assigned Emergency Contacts did not appear directly
Steps to Reproduce:

1. The user clicks on the My Info button in the left navigation bar.
2. Then, they select the Emergency Contact button.
   The Emergency Contact form is expected to appear immediately; however, the Assigned Emergency Contacts did not display as intended.
