Description: Page not loading correctly
Steps to Reproduce:
When I try to log in an error message reads "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later or close all browser windows and start over." This problem does not happen on Edge, and I can log in without issue. Also note, this problem occurs on any U.S. Department of Education-associated cite (i.e., loan servicers for federal student loans).
