Description: I am using Firefox. Everytime I download an attachment it adds UTF-8 to the name of the file. It started last week. It seems like others are experiencing the same problem. It does not happen with other browers.ems like this problem

In Firefox, everytime I download an attachment it adds UTF-8 to the name of the file. It does not happen with Chrome.
