Description: when accessing the log-in screen, log-in fails. Verified the problem is not the web site, as the same credentials are no problem with the Edge browser.
Steps to Reproduce:
When presented with the log-in screen, I enter my credentials, and subsequently am presented with this "log-in failure screen:
