Description: Small allocated space for “NEW! Time Traveler” text
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/hobo?pronunciation&lang=en_us&dir=h&file=h
2. Scroll down the page to “Definition” section.
3. Observe “NEW! Time Traveler” bar.

Expected Behavior:
Text is fully visible.

Actual Behavior:
Text is cropped on the bottom side.

Note:
1. Reproducible on Firefox 58.0.2 Release (Mobile).
2. Not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 64.0.3282.137.
