Description: Small allocated space for “Comments” hint text field
Prerequisites
1. Created a google sheet, added content and added some comments (open/resolved).
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12XPES5MpbY_a6db2akcKUJOUiYUKp0uKQyM8VAxfpGM/edit?usp=sharing
2. Click the “Open comments thread” button (ctrl+alt+shift+a).
3. Observe “Comments” hint text fields.
Expected Behavior:
Hint text is fully visible.
Actual Behavior:
Hint text is cropped.
Note:
1. Reproducible on Firefox 59.0.2 Release.
2. Not reproducible on Chrome 66.0.3359.117.
3. Screenshot attached.
4. This is randomly reproducible after adding comments.
5. Affected area:
