Problem type: Site is not usable
Description:

1. Click on the "Help" link in the top navigation.
2. Click on "the Visit support centre" link in the sub navigation that appears.

Expected results:

Page should navigate to the support centre.

Actual results:

Nothing happens. Many links and actions in the site are broken when TP is enabled (including some signed-in only features).

Steps to Reproduce:
Opened a Firefox Private Browsing window with Tracking Protection enabled. I can confirm that site works OK in Firefox with TP disabled.
