Steps to Reproduce:
This is the website of my home insurance company. I attempted to download or view my PDF renewal documents in Firefox—this resulted in an error message indicating that downloading documents is not possible in Firefox and suggesting that I use Chrome or Edge. I was able to view my docuements in Safari though.
