Description: Broken logo displayed in date picker form
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://www.aizle.co.uk/
2. Tap “Reserve a table” button.
3. Observe the date picker form.

Expected Behavior:
Logo is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Logo is not displayed.

Note:
1. Reproducible on Firefox Release 61.0 and on desktop.
2. Not reproducible on Chrome 67.0.3396.87.
