Description: Location abbreviation is misaligned in “Settings” screen

Prerequisites
1. Google account created and signed in.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to https://www.youtube.com/account
2. Observe top bar YouTube logo.

Expected Behavior:
The location abbreviation is correctly aligned, being displayed horizontally after the logo.

Actual Behavior:
The location abbreviation is misaligned, being displayed vertically after the logo.

Note:
1. Not reproducible on Firefox Release 61.0 and Chrome 68.0.3440.106.
2. Reproducible for all locations.
