Problem type: Site is not usable
Description: captcha pop-up frame is hidding on the upper part of the page, so the whole captcha's frame is not visible and I can't scroll up or down the page to make the captcha's frame visible.
Steps to Reproduce:
I tried to vote for one of the initiatives and I chose the voting option with uploading the picture. After that, when the picture was successfully uploaded, the capcha appeard, but I couldn't see the pictures - mainly because I couldn't scroll up the page.
