Problem type: Desktop site instead of mobile site
Description: mobile version does nota permite horizontal scrolling at portrait visualization
Steps to Reproduce:
Access the site.
The contents are large to view, but the mobile version does nota permite horizontal scrolling at portrait visualization.

At landscape does not need scrolling.

I tested at chrome dev 70 and the horizontal scrolling works well.
