Description: “Social media” icons don’t stay fully visible after reaching the end of the page
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://newint.org/features/2014/03/01/middle-east-personal-politics/
2. Scroll down to the end of the page.
3. Observe “Social media“ icons.
Expected Behavior:
“Social media” icons remain fully visible.
Actual Behavior:
The page jumps up and “Social media” icons are no longer fully visible.
Note:
1. Reproducible on Firefox Release 62.0.2.
2. Not reproducible on Chrome 69.0.3497.100, Edge 42.0.0.2549.
