Description: Incorrect alignment between Categories items and counters
Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisites:

• Login to tempmozilla.service-now.com

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://tempmozilla.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_home
2. Observe the Categories items counters.

Expected Behavior:
The Categories items counters are aligned to their corresponding Categories items.

Actual Behavior:
The Categories items counters are shifted down.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Firefox Nightly 64 or Beta 63, but it does reproduce on Release 62.
2. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome Release.
