Problem type: Design is broken
Description: Loading spinner is displayed truncated when accessing “Source Editor”

Prerequisites:
1. Mozilla LDAP account available and signed in.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/#all-updates
2. Open your personal space and create a new page/blog.
3. Add some content to the page/blog and publish it.
4. After the page/blog is created click “Edit” button.
5. Click “Open in Source Editor” button.
6. Observe loading spinner.

Expected Behavior:
Loading spinner is fully visible.

Actual Behavior:
Loading spinner is displayed truncated.

Note:
1. Reproducible on all browsers Firefox Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-10-25), Chrome 70.0.3538.67 and Microsoft Edge 41.16299.726.0.
