URL: https://www.youtube.com

Browser / Version: Firefox 64.0b4
Operating System: Windows 10
Tested Another Browser: Yes

Problem type: Something else
Description: White vertical bar on edge of second monitor when full-screened in YouTube
Steps to Reproduce:
I can reproduce with these steps:

  1. Have a dual monitor setup
  2. Open Firefox
  3. Navigate to YouTube
  4. Open any video
  5. Toggle fullscreen at least two times

Expected results: YouTube enters fullscreen mode without interfering with the monitor it isn't active on

Actual results: A white vertical bar appears on the second monitor

Temporary fix: Exit fullscreen mode in Firefox, then re-fullscreen. The first attempt at fullscreening a video should work as expected, but any subsequent will have the same bug until Firefox is returned to windowed mode again.
