Description: Copy-pasting from the context menu is not supported
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://outlook.live.com/, sign in and go to the Inbox.
2. Reply to any email.
3. Copy any text (no matter how).
4. Right-click the reply field and select Paste.

Expected results:
The copied text is pasted.

Actual results:
A "Use shortcut keys" message is displayed (see screenshot).
