Description: Missing “Make password visible” button

Prerequisites:
1. WebEx account available.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://firefox.webex.com/webappng/sites/firefox/dashboard?siteurl=firefox
2. Click “Sign in” button.
3. Type in valid username and password.
4. Observe “Password” field.

Expected Behavior:
“Make password visible” button is active.

Actual Behavior:
“Make password visible” button is not active.

Note:
1. Reproducible on Firefox Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-11-06), Firefox Release 63.0.1, Chrome 70.0.3538.77.
2. Not reproducible on Internet Explorer 11.726.16299.0 and Microsoft Edge 41.16299.726.0.
