Description: “Chat” icon is displayed truncated
Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisites:
1. WebEx account available and signed in.
2. Meetings available.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://firefox.webex.com/webappng/sites/firefox/dashboard?siteurl=firefox
2. Start/Join a meeting.
3. After the meeting starts, click the “Chat” icon.
4. Observe the “Chat” window.

Expected Behavior:
“Chat” icon is fully visible.

Actual Behavior:
“Chat” icon is displayed truncated on the left side.

Note:
1. Also reproducible on Firefox Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-11-06).
2. Not reproducible on Chrome 70.0.3538.77 and Microsoft Edge 41.16299.726.0.
