Problem type: Design is broken
Description: Missing space between text and “Play Now/Send Email” buttons

Prerequisites:
1. WebEx account available and signed in.
2. Meeting recordings available.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://firefox.webex.com/mw3300/mywebex/default.do?siteurl=firefox&service=10
2. Click “My Webex” tab.
3. Click “My Files”.
4. Click “My Recordings” tab.
5. Click any of the recordings available.
6. Observe “Play Recorded Meeting Now” area.

Expected Behavior:
There is space between the text and the “Play Now” button.

Actual Behavior:
There is not space between the text and the “Play Now” button.

Note:
1. Also reproducible for “Share My Recording” area.
2. Also reproducible on Firefox Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-11-12) and Firefox Release 63.0.1.
3. Not reproducible on Chrome 70.0.3538.102 and Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0.
