Description: Cannot scroll results sidebar down using two finger scoll on trackpad
Steps to Reproduce:
Loading the given website results, other browsers allow scrolling, but in Firefox the scroll bar doesn't work with the trackpad.
If you grab the scrollbar, pull down the results, then try to use the trackpad you'll see that you can scroll up with the trackpad, but not down.
This is not a recent regression on the browser side, as the same problem appears in Firefox 57.
