Description: horizontal scroll doesn't appear
Steps to Reproduce:
User reported that they can't see the horizontal scrollbar on Firefox anymore while they can see it on another browser. I managed to confirm the issue on my device, I also don't see the horizontal scrollbar, it only appears if I scroll left or right using the trackpad.
