Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisites:

• Login to https://na85.lightning.force.com/lightning/setup/SetupOneHome/home

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://na85.lightning.force.com/lightning/o/Order/list?filterName=00B1U000001b5XnUAI
2. Click on the "New" button, on the top-right side.
3. Observe the "Shipping State/Province" and the "Billing State/Province" strings.

Expected Behavior:
The strings are not split into syllables.

Actual Behavior:
The strings are split into syllables.

Notes:

1. The issue is also reproducible on Firefox Nightly 65 and Release 63.
2. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome Canary or Chrome Release.
