Browser / Version: Firefox 66.0
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.13
Tested Another Browser: Yes

Problem type: Something else
Description: Scroll resets to top on folders with hundreds of messages
Steps to Reproduce:
This was reported to us by Microsoft:

We’ve had thousands of user complaints that in Firefox they get scrolled back to the top of their mail list. It looks like there is some possibly browser resize-related bug. Below are the repro steps, it’s very consistent:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to your Outlook.com or hotmail.com accounts
  2. Go to a folder with several hundred messages
  3. Scroll down until you have loaded at least a couple hundred messages (500+ to be safe)
  4. Control click on a message and then shift click on another message AND/OR delete a message AND/OR resize the browser

Expected: scroll position does NOT change
Actual: scroll position changes

Sometimes this even happens when we simply hover on the mail list. This exact behavior does not repro on Chrome or Edge or IE leading us to believe it is a Firefox-specific issue.
