Problem type: Design is broken
Description: “Import contacts” icon design is broken

Prerequisites:
1. Dropbox account created and signed in.
2. (Optional) VPN active pointing to USA.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://www.dropbox.com/home
2. Click a file (e.g a photo).
3. Click the “Share” button.
4. Type in the email address/name in the “To” field.
5. Observe “Import contacts” icon.

Expected Behavior:
Icon’s design is displayed correctly (round shape).

Actual Behavior:
Icon’s design is broken (oval shape).

Note
1. Not reproducible on Chrome 71.0.3578.99.
