Problem type: Design is broken
Description: The Sub-menu is broken
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://patch.com/ohio/cincinnati/lifestyle
2. Open the hamburger menu.
3. Open any sub-menu (eg. "Nearby").

Expected Behavior:
The sub-menu is correctly expanded.

Actual Behavior:
The sub-menu expands at the bottom of the page and overlaps other elements.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome Canary or Chrome Release.
