Description: Drop-down button is too wide
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://www.kijijiautos.ca/cars/mercedes-benz/?utm_source=kijiji&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=xpromo_SearchAutoSuggest&utm_content=web_VIP&_ga=2.90932888.364154823.1549540157-853620892.1549540157
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Reach the "English" drop-down button on the bottom right corner of the screen
4. Observe the button.

Expected Behavior:
The button must have a fair dimension.

Actual Behavior:
The button is too wide.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome 72.0.3626.96
