Description: Middle click does not open page in new tab
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://www.nytimes.com/
  2. Reach and middle click the "SUBSCRIBE NOW" button from the top right corner of the page.
  3. Observe the behavior.

Expected Behavior:
The new page must be displayed in a new tab.

Actual Behavior:
The page is displayed in the same tab.

Notes:

  1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome 72.0.3626.121
  2. Screenshots attached.
