Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://mcdcampus.sabacloud.com/Saba/Web_spf/PRODTNT128/local

Expected Behavior:
A Mobile-optimized version is loaded.

Actual Behavior:
A Desktop-ish version is loaded.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.
2. The issue is not reproducible while a Chrome UA is used in Firefox
