Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to: http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2016/08/11/magazine/isis-middle-east-arab-spring-fractured-lands.html?_r=1
  2. Wait for page load

Expected Behavior:
Images and carousels should load, nav menu should always be on top of web view, log in link on first page should work, same as Chrome.

Actual Behavior:
No images, no menus on top, logging in is impossible, severe page jank.
