Description: Fenix doesn't receive the same Bing layout sent to Silk for “Search History” page

Prerequisites:
1. Microsoft account available and signed in.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://www.bing.com/profile/history?FORM=O2HV46
2. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
The same version Is received.

Actual Behavior:
Different version is received.

Note
1. Also reproducible on Firefox Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-05-17).
2. Not reproducible on Silk browser 74.2.9.3729.136.10 and Chrome 74.0.3729.136.
