Description: In fullscreen, there is a white bar at the top
Steps to Reproduce:
In a clean FF profile, when I start any video and go full-screen, there is a white bar showing at the top of the screen. This only happens when I clear cookies right before opening the page (or have YT cookies blocked entirely).
