Description: Text select highlight is janky
Steps to Reproduce:
(Logged in)

Try to select all text in the issue description comment. The highlighting is weird, gets stuck on the first line , takes finicking to select all text from the description. The text is not selected when the cursor is not floated over text

Compare to chrome were text highlighting is normal
